Payments
Payments are processed for the PhytoFamily online marketplace by Early Game LLC.
We require a photo ID for orders over $200. We will reach out to you via email to obtain your ID before shipping your order.
Shipping
Regular orders over $100 ship free! Wholesale orders will be charged the actual cost of shipping, and we will add this to your invoice after you place your order. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders ship out in 3 business days (Monday through Friday), unless otherwise noted during a Pre-Sale. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
If the product you order is age-restricted, then we will require a signature upon delivery.
We do not currently offer shipping outside the United States, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Discount Codes
You may use one discount code at a time and they are not stackable. Discount codes are not valid on sale items.
Gift Cards
If you have any trouble using a gift card, please email support@phytofamily.com. You may redeem your gift card by entering the code during checkout.
Combining, Modifying, or Canceling Orders
If you are ordering more than once in an 8 hour period, we may be able to combine your orders and save you money on shipping. Email us asap at support@phytofamily.com and we will do our best to combine orders.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, email us at support@phytofamily.com and we will attempt to modify the order if it has not already been shipped. Please email us ASAP so we can catch your order before it is packed. Modifications are limited to same value products, and affected by current stock availability.
If your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please email us asap so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

What is CBD Distillate?
CBD Distillate is a highly concentrated extract of hemp that is 60-85% CBD. The remaining 15-40% is made up of other cannabinoids such as CBG, CBC, CBT, CBN and more. There are also many terpenes and flavor molecules in this unquantified portion of the distillate. All CBD distillates have a characteristic smell of CBD, but the have a unique hint of terpenes depending on the strain it was made from. It is true that the Short Path Distillation (SPD) process removes most of the volatile molecules, but their is still a significant enough fraction of flavor molecules to give a different smell/flavor.
What is CBD isolate?
CBD isolate is a highly purified form of CBD. It is produced by dissolving CBD distillate in a solvent and then recrystallizing the CBD. This process separates the CBD from other compounds in the extract.
Usage
Do your products contain THC?
All of our products contain less than 0.3% THC. “Full Spectrum” means there are more cannabinoids than just CBD.
AA-Grade Powder Isolate, and 99% Isolate Slabs have zero THC.
Where do your terpenes come from?
Currently all of our terpenes come from hemp. We will be reintroducing our dabs products infused with strain-specific terpenes soon.
Our Pure Hemp Terpenes such as Otto, Remedy, and Cherry no. 5 are single-sourced directly from each hemp strain and come from farms within the PhytoFamily Colorado farm network. All of our terpenes ship legally to all 50 states.
