Order by 11AM PST for same-day shipping, Monday through Friday. Free USPS Priority Mail on every order over $100.

Shipping costs

Orders over $100 ship free via USPS Priority Mail. Orders under $100 are charged a flat USPS Priority rate calculated at checkout.

Wholesale orders are charged the actual cost of shipping, added to your invoice after the order is placed.

Processing & delivery

Orders placed by 11AM PST on a business day (Monday through Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 11AM PST, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. Saturday and Sunday are not business days. We ship via USPS Priority Mail; during a pre-sale, ship dates may differ and will be noted on the product page.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 states, Washington D.C., and Armed Forces addresses. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Age verification & signature

Age-restricted products require an adult signature on delivery. For orders over $200, we verify a photo ID before shipping — we’ll email you to collect it, so your order may take a little longer to go out.

Changing or combining orders

Placed more than one order within 8 hours? Email support@phytofamily.com right away and we’ll try to combine them and save you on shipping. To modify or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best if it hasn’t already shipped.
